With 35 years of private practice and extensive experience across complex, multidisciplinary construction environments, I provide senior-level expertise in construction law, contract administration, and forensic cost analysis.
My work is focused on a structured, systematic approach to drafting contractual responses to complex contractual issues and claims, identifying and managing contractual risk, ensuring contractual procedural compliance and achieving a commercially sound resolution of disputes.
